Concept
Mission planning, payload definition, design studios and avionics labs.
India's first integrated precision manufacturing, testing, and innovation facility for drones, satellites and aerospace systems — delivered as a pay-per-use service for startups, universities, and MSMEs.
India has 1,000+ drone companies, 250+ space-tech startups, and 150+ universities preparing for ISRO POEM missions. Yet no single facility offered all the capabilities to design, prototype, manufacture, qualify and integrate aerospace systems — until now.
Azeonics — Idea 2 Orbit Innovation Hub — is a 1 lakh sq.ft, vertically-integrated facility that brings precision machining, metal additive, electronics & sensor fabrication, environmental qualification, and cleanroom integration together under one roof.
We are a neutral infrastructure partner. We don't compete with our customers — we empower them. Every machine, every test bay, and every cleanroom slot is available on a pay-per-use, manufacturing-as-a-service model.

Mission planning, payload definition, design studios and avionics labs.
CAD/CAE/CAM, FEA, HIL/SIL test rigs, electronics bench, rapid iteration.
5-axis CNC, metal additive, sheet metal, SMT/PCBA — boards and structures.
TVAC, EMI/EMC semi-anechoic, electrodynamic vibration — ISRO-grade.
ISO-6 & ISO-8 cleanrooms for CubeSat, 6U, 12U integration and functional test.
Ground Station as a Service: pass scheduling, telemetry, mission ops.
High-end 5-axis CNC machining of satellite structural components, reaction wheel housings, rocket turbopump parts, and lightweight aerospace assemblies.
Print thruster nozzles, thermal manifolds, propellant tanks and lightweight space structures — cutting lead time 50–70% and cost 30–40% vs. imported parts.
SMT and PCBA line for drone flight controllers, GNSS/INS, satellite avionics and payload PCBs — 300–400 high-reliability boards/month.
Radar modules, EO/IR camera payloads, LiDAR calibration and RF testing — comprehensive signal analysis, optical characterisation, and RF shielding validation for airborne and space payloads.
Thermal Vacuum (TVAC), EMI/EMC semi-anechoic chamber, and electrodynamic vibration — full launch-readiness testing to ISRO standards.
ISO Class 7 cleanroom for CubeSat, 6U and 12U satellite assembly, payload integration, microelectronics and satellite-level functional testing.
A world-class aerospace facility, available by the hour. We democratise access so startups, universities, and MSMEs can move from idea to qualification in 3–4 months, not 12.
Bring your CAD, your boards, your prototype. Book a machine, a test campaign, or a full integration slot. We handle scheduling, operators, certifications and documentation — you keep the IP and walk out with qualified hardware.
For deep partners and educational programs, we also offer a bundled "Idea 2 Orbit" student-satellite package: design lab access, board & structure manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, TVAC/EMI-EMC/vibration testing, launch-readiness certification and ISRO-aligned documentation — all bundled into one accessible package per student.
Precision machining, 3D printing, electronics assembly, and advanced testing — all booked by the hour with certified operators.
TVAC, EMI/EMC, vibration — booked as full-day campaigns with engineer support.
Send drawings, get parts and boards back. From one-offs to qualified small batches.
End-to-end student or startup package — design through launch readiness certification.
Reserved desk + design-lab access + priority on shared infrastructure for resident teams.
Plug your nano-satellite into a professional-grade ground network from day one of orbit — without the capex or licensing burden.
Multi-band antennas, automated pass scheduling, telemetry decoding, uplink command and control, secure data pipelines, and a 24×7 Mission Operations Centre — all run by Azeonics on your behalf. We also handle IN-SPACe authorization, WPC coordination and ITU filings.

FEATURED PRODUCT
The Manha Sat Kit is a fully-assembled, working nano-satellite kit — designed by Azeonics as the live teaching platform for our skilling programs. It mirrors the architecture of a real CubeSat: OBC, EPS, ADCS, communications, payload modules and ground-station interface, all in a flight-ready 1U structure.
Cohorts use the same kit to learn satellite fundamentals, complete a real mission cycle, and walk away with their own hardware to keep building on.

Working alongside government, consulting majors, industry leaders, and a network of innovative startups — across space-tech, advisory, manufacturing and emerging tech.
